Pumpkin Hummus

Pumpkin hummus

Ingredients

1 15 oz can of garbanzo beans/chickpeas

2/3 cup of pumpkin purée

1 teaspoon cumin

Juice of half a lemon

1/2 teaspoon of salt (more to taste)

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor and mix until smooth, about 1-2 minutes

Enjoy with vegetables or however you like your hummus! I topped mine with hemp seeds for extra crunch and nutrients
