Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowl with fresh fruit and almond butter topping

This is the perfect post workout breakfast or when you just need a big bowl of deliciousness! It’s any easy way to get your fruit in for the day, too!

🌱1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, plus more if needed
🌱1/2 frozen banana
🌱1/2 cup of frozen berries
🌱1 (3.5 oz) packer of frozen açaí pure (I get mine from Trader Joe’s)
🌱handful of any fresh greens

🌱2 tablespoons of raw nuts or granola
🌱1 tablespoon natural almond butter
🌱1 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
🌱 fresh berries and banana slices

  1. Put almond milk in a high speed blender, then add the banana, berries, açaí, and greens. Blend the smoothie, tapping down as necessary until smooth. Add more almond milk with a tablespoon at a time if it’s too thick.
  2. Pour or scoop the smoothie into a bowl and add the toppings. Enjoy immediately
