
Ingredients
1 (15-oz.) can chickpeas, drained
4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1 shallot, roughly chopped
2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
2 tsp. ground coriander
2 tsp. ground cumin
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and mix until combined and smooth.
Using tablespoon to scoop the mixture, roll into balls. It will make approximately 10 depending on how big you roll them
Spray the air fryer with non stick spray and place the falafels in the pan
Cook at 370 degrees for 10 minutes. Check after 10 minutes to see if it needs another minute.
I served these with sliced cucumber, marinated onions, kalamata olives and tomatoes over hummus
**You can also pan fry these in a pan. Just heat oil in pan and fry until golden
